English football player Kiernan Peter Hughes-Mason, who is presently a professional with Saffron Walden Town, was born on October 22, 1991.
Prior to joining Hashtag United, he played for Millwall, Cheltenham Town, Tooting & Mitcham United, Chelmsford City, Kettering Town, Grimsby Town, Welling United, Concord Rangers, Hayes & Yeading United, Maidstone United, Leatherhead, Walton Casuals, Hastings United, Grays Athletic, Barking, North Wellington, Tasman United, Hythe Town, and Hashtag United.
Hughes-Mason made his professional debut for Millwall in August 2009 at the age of 17 after spending two years in the youth division. He was selected on the bench the following game but found it difficult to make the team, therefore in April 2010 he joined Cheltenham Town. He stayed with the League Two team until the end of the season, but he did not play for them.
Yoann Arquin, a forward for PSG, and Hughes-Mason went on trial with Swindon Town in July 2010 however Hughes-Mason failed to make an impression and eventually returned to Millwall. He made a one-month loan move to Tooting & Mitcham United in August 2010, then in November 2010 he returned for another stint.
Hughes-Mason signed a loan deal with Conference South team Chelmsford City in February 2011 and made six appearances in the season’s closing weeks. He was let go by Millwall at the conclusion of the 2010–11 campaign.
In July 2011 Hughes-Mason underwent trials with Burton Albion and Grimsby Town, but neither club was able to sign him to a contract.
